La badiane est distille en alambics en colonne, s'en suit une srie de macrations de diffrentes plantes et pices dont la fleur d'oranger et des figues issues d'une petite exploitation locale. Les plantes sont sches puis macres pour en extraire leurs vertus aromatiques. Une macration d'amandes vient finaliser l'assemblage.
